What is the Conrad Marketplace?

Sellers connected by us offer their products on the Conrad Marketplace. You have access to more than 8 Mio. products and thus benefit from a broad and constantly growing product assortment through a variety of sellers.

Who can purchase on the Conrad Marketplace?

The Marketplace is currently available in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy and France. As a registered business customer you can purchase Marketplace products.

Who are the contractual partners for a purchase on the Conrad Marketplace?

The contractual partners for a purchase via the Conrad Marketplace are the buyer and the seller. For a purchase on the Marketplace all terms and conditions of the sellers apply to the customers (GTC, right of withdrawal etc.).

Conrad only acts as an intermediary for Marketplace sales.

Who can order Conrad Marketplace articles?

Only registered business customers are able to order products from Marketplace sellers.

What are the costs for using the Conrad Marketplace?

The use of the Conrad Marketplace is free of charge for you as a customer. Please note our terms of use for business customers when using the Conrad Marketplace. These will be accepted when you open a customer account for the first time and register as a business customer.

Registration & Login

Do I have to explicitly register for the Conrad Marketplace?

An explicit registration is not necessary. You only need to create a business customer account on conrad.de with all the required information.

I am already a Conrad business customer. Do I have to register separately for the Conrad Marketplace?

No, as a business customer you can purchase at the Conrad shop as well as at the Conrad Marketplace.

Are there any costs for using the Conrad Marketplace?

No, as a business customer the use of the Conrad Marketplace is free of charge.

Who are the contractual partners for a purchase on the Conrad Marketplace?

As a customer, you conclude the contract with the respective seller. Conrad only acts as an intermediary for Marketplace sales.

How do I as a customer recognize a Conrad Marketplace seller and his products?

You can see Marketplace sellers and their products when you are logged in to your business customer account or the switch on the homepage is set to “Geschäftlich” (VAT excl.) in case you are not logged in. 

At the Search Result Page:

  • The seller’s name is next to the product with the note “Verkauf und Versand durch…”. By clicking the seller’s name you can switch to his seller page. There you can find more offers from this seller.

 

On the Product Detail Page:

  • To the right of the product you can see information about the desired order quantity, the shipping costs and “Verkauf und Versand durch…”. By clicking the respective seller name you can switch to his seller page.
  • If more sellers offerthis product, they will be listed below. Thus, you can select a certain seller. The seller with the best offer (price and shipping time) is preselected.

 

In the Shopping Cart:

  • At the shopping cart you can also see the note “Verkauf und Versand durch…”. If you have products from several sellers in your cart, these products will be assigned to the respective sellers.
  • Additionally, you will be informed that you will receive a separate invoice per seller.
  • Please note that multiple shipping costs may apply for purchases from different Marketplace sellers.

 

Before completing the order:

  • After you have selected the payment method (invoice or prepayment for Marketplace orders) you will be shown one more time “Verkauf und Versand durch…” and the note on separate invoices per Marketplace seller.
  • In addition, you get a note on our payment service provider Webhelp Payment Services as a different payee (see also Payment & Shipping).
How can I redeem a voucher or gift cards on the Conrad Marketplace?

No vouchers or gift cards can be redeemed on the Conrad Marketplace.

Questions about orders

Where can I see the seller’s contact details?

Wherever the note “Verkauf und Versand durch…” is displayed, you can switch to the seller page by clicking the name of the seller. There you will find the seller’s imprint.

Can I change a Conrad Marketplace order after checkout?

Changing an order after checkout is not possible. In your customer account on conrad.de via the section

  • “Mein Konto → Einkäufe → Bestellungen”

you can contact the seller and request a cancellation.

Where can I view the tracking information? / Where is my package?

Once the seller has shipped the goods, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In addition, you will find the tracking information in your customer account in the respective order.

How do I contact the seller?

You can send a message to the seller in your customer account via the section

  • “Mein Konto → Einkäufe → Bestellungen”.

Once you have sent the email, a chat will be created on this topic. If you receive a new message from the seller it will be displayed in the chat history.

You will also be notified about new messages by email.

Where can I find messages from or to seller(s)?

(New) messages will be displayed in your customer account for the respective orders in the chat.

There is a problem with my order. What can I do?

You can report a problem to the seller in the affected order in your account via “Verkäufer kontaktieren”.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your account via the section

  • “Mein Konto → Einkäufe → Rechnungen & Gutschriften” 

or in the respective order under 

  • “Mein Konto → Einkäufe → Bestellungen”.

 

You can set an invoice email address to which the invoices are being sent in your account under

  • “Mein Konto → Profil → Zusätzliche E-Mai-Adressen”.
Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

Once you complete your order the delivery address can not be changed.

Can I set a separate email address for receiving invoices?

You can set an invoice email address to which the invoices are being sent in your account under

  • “Mein Konto → Profil → Zusätzliche E-Mai-Adressen”.
How are the shipping costs calculated?

The Marketplace seller is responsible for determining the shipping costs. These are visible directly at the product. Additionally, you can view the shipping costs of the respective seller on his seller page. There you can also find the threshold for free shipping if this is offered by the seller.

Please note that multiple shipping costs may apply for purchases from different Marketplace sellers.

Which payment methods are offered by the Conrad Marketplace?

The Conrad Marketplace offers the payment methods invoice and prepayment.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

The Marketplace seller is responsible for determining the shipping costs. These are visible directly on the product. Additionally, you can view the shipping costs of the respective seller on his seller page. There you can also find the threshold for free shipping if this is offered by the seller.

Please note that multiple shipping costs may apply for purchases from different Marketplace sellers.

Who is the recipient of the payment for a Conrad Marketplace order?

Cart only contains Marketplace products:

The invoices for purchases from Marketplace sellers are created by our Payment Service Provider Webhelp Payment Services and sent by email (sender: conrad.invoice@wps.webhelp.com).

Please be aware of the different payment recipient! A payment to Conrad Electronic SE is not possible.

 

Mixed orders (products from Conrad Electronic + Marketplace sellers):

You will receive one invoice for the purchase from Conrad Electronic SE and separate invoices for purchases from Marketplace sellers.

Please be aware of the different payment recipient! A payment of the full amount to Conrad Electronic SE is not possible.

When will the Conrad Marketplace order be shipped (purchase on invoice and prepayment)?

The expected date of delivery is displayed on the product page.

For prepayment orders, please note that the seller can ship the goods only after payment. If there is no payment within 15 days, the order will be canceled automatically.

There is a problem with my order. What can I do?

You can report a problem to the seller in the affected order in your account via “Verkäufer kontaktieren”.

Why do I receive a payment reminder even though I have already transferred the money?

Please make sure that you have used the bank details of our Payment Service Provider Webhelp Payment Services for the transfer.

If you have transferred shortly before the due date, please note the bank processing time. There might be overlaps with the processing of the transaction, so in some cases a payment reminder might be sent out even though the invoice has already been paid.

How can I cancel my unpaid order (prepayment)?

If your prepayment order is not paid, it will be automatically canceled after 15 days if no payment is made.

Which Payment Service Provider is used for purchase processing on the Conrad Marketplace?

For Marketplace orders we use the Payment Service Provider Webhelp Payment Services.

What is the payment term for a Marketplace order purchase on invoice?

With the creation of the invoice (at the latest one day after shipping the goods) you have a payment term of 14 days.

Questions about returns

Can I return Marketplace orders?

There is no legal right of withdrawal in the B2B area. Sellers can grant a contractual right of withdrawal individually within the framework of their GTC or on their seller page. If there is no information about the right of withdrawal, there is no legal base to cancel your order without giving any reason.

In case of a defect or a fault an exchange or a rework is possible within the framework of the contractual specifications for warranty in accordance with the GTC of the respective seller and within the period stated there. You can find the conditions of each seller on their seller pages. 

If there is no specific information on warranty in their GTC, the legal provisions apply. Please contact the seller directly to make your warranty claims.

Where can I find information about the seller’s GTC and the right of withdrawal?

The seller’s GTC and the information about the right of withdrawal can be found on the respective seller page.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs for a Conrad Marketplace order?

The seller can choose to provide the return costs.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order please contact the seller in your customer account in the respective order via “Verkäufer kontaktieren” and request a cancellation.

Please note that there is no legal base of withdrawal in the B2B area.

How long is the warranty valid?

For how long and to what extent you are eligible for warranty claims, please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective seller. If the seller does not provide any information on the warranty in his GTC or has not provided any GTC at all, the legal provisions about the warranty period (= 2 years) will apply to your purchase contract with this seller.

How do I know if an article is a Marketplace article?

Marketplace articles are marked with “Verkauf und Versand durch…”. Here you will find the name of the respective seller and by clicking on his name you will get to his seller page.

I don’t receive any response from the seller. What can I do?

If you don’t receive a response from the seller, you can additionally report a problem in your customer account via

  • “Mein Konto → Einkäufe → Bestellungen → Verkäufer kontaktieren”.
