Product Content Score
The calculation of the Product Content Score is objective and based on evaluation criteria. The products are measured by various characteristics and then graded in a rating system from 0 to 10. The results are then weighted and summarized in a general overall score (also from 0 , lowest) to 10, highest).

3. Recommendation for action
In order to improve the product content score, it is advisable to monitor the scoring values of the individual evaluation criteria and to react to an unsatisfactory score. This includes adding complete product content, such as product texts, images and, above all, filter attributes.
The product content score does not impact the ranking of your product within the search or the placement of your offer within the buy box. However, a complete and comprehensive product content is needed for a good customer experience on the Platform (like findability of your product by search, filter facets or search-autocomplete suggestions) as well as helping the customer make a purchase decision, which will improve your conversion rate.

4.1 Filter
The Product Content Score can be found as an overall KPI in the Sales Dashboard and as a detailed analysis in the Performance Dashboard. The period filters do not apply to this analysis.

You can download the corresponding results by clicking on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of a chart. It is possible to export the data as Excel, CSV or jpg.
