1. Introduction

This document describes the error types of the ElektroG Check compliance dashboard and the associated need for action, divided into error types at offer level and product level:

  • The WEEE number is affected at supply level.
  • At product level, the brand and appliance type are affected

2.1.1 The WEEE Number at your offer is missing

 

Reason for error

A WEEE number is required for the items concerned, but is not transmitted in your offer feed.

Action required

Add the correct WEEE number for the affected articles and update your feed.

2.1.1 The WEEE Number at your offer is missing

 

Reason for error

Although you have submitted a WEEE number for the articles concerned, this is not included in the EAR Foundation database.

Action required

Correct the WEEE number for the affected items and update your feed.

2.2 Product stage

2.2.1 The combination Brand & Device Type has expired

Reason for error

The combination of brand and device type on your product has expired for the affected articles according to the EAR Foundation database. Although this combination existed in the past, it is no longer valid.

Action required

Correct the combination of brand and device type for the affected items to a current, valid value and update your feed.

2.2.2 The combination Brand & Device Type is missing

Reason for error

You provide us with (partially) incomplete data for the affected items in your product feed. Either a value for the brand or for the device type or both values are missing.

Action required

Correct the combination of brand and device type for the affected items and update your feed.

2.2.3 The combination Brand & Device Type is false

Reason for error

For the articles concerned, please send us data on the brand and device type. However, this combination is not included in the EAR Foundation database

Action required

Select a valid combination of brand and device type that matches the WEEE number and update your feed.

2.3 List of registered & authorized manufacturers & representatives

To make it easier for you to obtain data if it is missing or incorrect, we provide you with an overview of the current list of registered manufacturers & authorized representatives with all valid combinations of WEEE number, brand and device type at the bottom of the dashboard.

The data is automatically loaded into the dashboard on a daily basis.

You can easily determine and correct the correct, valid combinations for your faulty items. You can use the filter to quickly and easily find the combinations for your items using the values listed below. If one of these four values is available to you, you can find the combination of all three required values:

  • WEEE-Nr.
  • Brand
  • Device Type
  • Manufacturer

By clicking on the 3 dots at the top right of each chart, you have the opportunity to download the corresponding data. It is possible to export the data as Excel, CSV or jpg
